Microsoft is fixing the issue where trying that certain printers can crash Windows 10 computer and cause it to blue screen. If you (or have been dealing with the issue, this update will help you.
Microsoft says that the issue only affected “certain printers using some apps,” but doesn’t clarify which printers they are. It impacts printers from Kyocera, Ricoh, and Zebra.
If this issue is affecting you, then download the update by Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and clicking Check for Updates. After updating, the printer and computer go back smoothly and again meet the paper, and the computer does not have to reboot from a hard crash.
