iOS 14.5 new features coming to the iPhone

iOS 14.5 is coming soon to the iPhone are most excited about. iOS 14.5 beta was released to developers. Apple brings iOS 14.5, a new version of the iOS mobile operating system include new features including the ability to unlock iPhone with Apple Watch, set a default music player of the choice, the much-awaited App Tracking Transparency feature, dual-SIM global 5G support, and more.

Apple Developer test out the features. This beta version may have some bugs as the final version is not yet out. May the final version will release sometime in February. It is currently available as a developer beta. Whenever it is available to the public, users need to open the Settings app on the iPhone, then select General and tap Software. iOS 14.5 will be compatible with all the same devices as iOS 14.

Apple is nowadays testing out that iPhone allows unlocking the phone even if a user is wearing a face mask with a catch. Apple is letting you set a default music player of user choice like choosing Spotify as a default music player in iOS 14.5. The 5G dual-SIM support also available to all the users to get 5G on the other phone’s physical SIM slot and digital eSIM. iOS 14.5 has also App Tracking Transparency and requested permission to track.

iOS 14.5 also support PlayStation 5’s DualSense and Xbox Series X’s controllers to be used with iPhones and iPads. Apple Arcade games and iOS games support controllers compatible with the PS5 DualSense and Xbox Series X controllers.
