Google Search for the mobile redesign is with the new changes intended for facilitating the user experience. Google Search mobile redesign is coming in a few days. Google highlighted the new changes before the release. The new changes keep the focus on the search results and not the design elements around them. It’s also intended for “getting people to the information they’re looking for as clearly and quickly as possible.”
One of the methods is to do this was by using larger and bolder text so that people can easily scan and appreciate Search results faster. Section titles are going to be bigger in the new Search experience. Google is adding font used in Android and Gmail, to Search on mobile.
Google has also minimized the use of shadows. The new update feature rounded designs in different elements of Search. “If you look at the Google logo, you’ll notice there’s a lot of roundness to it, so we’re borrowing from that and bringing it to other places as well,” said Google. This change is going to be the most reflective in rounded icons and imagery.
