The Poco C31 officially launched in India and expands the company’s budget smartphone lineup. The Poco C31 comes in two colours: Royal Blue and Shadow Gray with the base variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage usually costs ₹8,499, whereas the top-end variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage costs ₹9,499. Both the variants will be available at a discounted price of ₹7,999 and ₹8,999 respectively.
The Poco C31 is largely based on the same MediaTek Helio G35 chip onboard paired with up to 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 64GB of storage. The display has a 6.5-inch HD+ resolution LCD with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The camera system has the same 13-megapixel main camera assisted by a 2-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel depth camera. The phone has a 5000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. It has a P2i coating onboard for protection against water spills and corrosion. It finds a fingerprint scanner on the back, a feature that was missing from the Poco C3 last year.
The Poco C31, with a starting price of ₹7,999 and will be selling for ₹6,299 with bank offers during the Flipkart Big Billion Days sale. The Poco M3 will sell at ₹8,549 during this sale while the Poco M2 Reloaded will sell for ₹8,099 with all discounts included.
