HMD Global working on the four new handsets which will feature 5G connectivity. It may launch 5G smartphones this year and Nokia 5.5 and Nokia 8.4 can be among those smartphones. Nokia 9.3 PureView is expected to launch this year.
Nokia became super active with too many smartphones recently. HMD Global may be eventful in 2021. The Nokiapoweruser implies that the Finnish company is launch at least four new smartphones with the 5G connectivity this year. These two smartphones are rumoured to come with 5G chipsets. Nokia 9.3 PureView may have a Snapdragon 888 chipset while the Nokia 7.3 5G might use the Snapdragon 690 processor. Two smartphones will launch in the first half of 2021 while the remaining two will debut in the latter half. The Nokia 7.3 5G is one of the smartphones that can launch in the first half.
HMD Global also recently announced that it will launch devices with the Snapdragon 480 processor, which is Qualcomm’s cheapest 5G chipset in the series. It counters the low-cost Dimensity chipsets that are abundantly used in the smartphones in the budget- and mid-ranges. The Snapdragon 480 processor might be first launched on the Nokia 7.3 because HMD’s product chief Juho Sarvikas confirmed the Snapdragon 690 chipset for the Nokia 7.3 5G. Nothing is set right now and we will have to wait for more information than what HMD Global has in store for us.
