Amazon Music going to use with large buttons and text when in the Car Mode while driving. Car Mode has the Amazon Music interface with large buttons, text, and access to Alexa. It is available on Amazon Music for Android and iOS.
The Car Mode requires connecting the phone to the car. Therefore, the Amazon Music app going to switch to Car Mode by default. Users can change the preference in the settings. It customizes the actions when displayed on the app’s screen in Car Mode. Users can also disable Car Mode by a tap on the icon on the top-left corner of the screen.
The Car Mode screen displays the playing track on top with large buttons, and text with controls to play, pause and skip music. Users can also choose from the playlist with music suggestions by swiping or tapping on it.
Amazon Music’s Car Mode has hands-free Alexa by two methods. One method is to tap on the Alexa icon on the bottom-right corner of the app. Another method is to do it by using the voice command “Hey Alexa, play ”. There is also an option to keep the Car Mode screen active to keep the phone from going to the lock screen.
