HP has declared its new Envy portfolio in the country, with two contributions – Envy 14 and Envy 15. The new HP Envy notebooks come as personal creative studios to custom made for creative consumers like photographers, designers, videographers, music composers or illustrators. The sleek design of the new HP Envy portfolio with the latest Intel chipsets, improved thermal design and ample battery life. It has an exclusive network called “HP Creators’ Garage”. The HP Envy lineup in India at a starting price of Rs 1,04,999 and for the Envy 15 retails for a starting price of Rs 1,54,999.
HP Envy 14
The new HP Envy 14 comes in a sleek and elegant form factor with narrow bezels and a large screen-to-body ratio with a 14-inch display with 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution, 400 nits brightness, 100% sRGB colour gamut and a 16:10 aspect ratio that allegedly offers 11 per cent greater viewing area than a traditional 16:9 laptop. It is powered by an 11th Generation Intel Core i5 processor clocked up to 4.2 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q design graphics. It has been optimised for creative software programs include Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom.
It has an IR thermal sensor, thin-blade fans and heat pipes to keep it cool through its use. It has connectivity options, including one Thunderbolt 4 with USB Type-C, two USB Type-A ports, one HDMI 2.0 and one headphone/microphone combo jack. It hsa a fingerprint reader, a 720p HD camera with digital shutter, dedicated microphones buttons, a full-size backlit keyboard, and dual speakers by Bang & Olufsen. It weighs 2.59 kg.
HP Envy 15
The new HP notebook comes in an aluminium chassis and diamond-cut design with a 15.6-inch FHD micro-edge display with 400 nits brightness and 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut support. It is powered by up to 11th Gen Intel Core i9 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (Max-Q). It has up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM and up to 2 TB SSD. It has gaming-class thermals to power through intensive workloads. It has 16.5 hours of battery life on the Envy 14. All other features are similar to HP Envy 14
