Step 1: Install the Google Assistant app on the smartphone if not able to say by just saying “Hey Google” or “Okay Google.” In an Android phone just touch and hold the Home button to activate Google Assistant.
Step 2: Then, tap on the “Open” button and say “Hey Google.”
Step 3: After which the digital assistant will respond to you. It will then say “Send a WhatsApp message to XXXX (name).” It mentions the name of the contact you want to send a message to.
